Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your Reminder Voice account and associated data at any time, either from inside the app or by email — no app install required.

Option 1: In the app

Open Reminder Voice, go to Settings, scroll to the Danger zone section, and tap Delete account. Confirm the prompt. This permanently deletes your profile and sign-in.

Option 2: Without the app, by email

Don't have the app installed, or can't sign in? Email help@remindervoice.com with the subject “Delete My Account” from the email address or phone number associated with your account. We'll verify the request and process the deletion manually.

Turnaround: within 7 business days of receiving your request. (Placeholder — please confirm this is the turnaround you want to commit to.)

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

Your profile information (display name, about text, profile photo)
Reminders and broadcast messages you sent or received, and self-reminders you created
Your channel memberships
Voice, photo, and video attachments stored for your reminders
Contact-match data associated with your account
Your sign-in credentials

Some records may be retained where we're required to keep them for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes — for example, payment records that PayPal or Razorpay retain independently under their own obligations. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention and your rights.

About active subscriptions: deleting your account does not automatically cancel or refund an active subscription. If you have a Premium subscription, cancel it separately through Google Play (or PayPal/Razorpay, if you subscribed via our website) before or after deleting your account, to stop future billing.
