Reminder Voice

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This is a placeholder policy. It describes the app's data handling in plain terms but has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Replace this page with a properly reviewed policy before relying on it for a Play Store listing that requests sensitive permissions (contacts, microphone, notifications).

What we collect

Your phone number (used to identify your account and match you with contacts who also use the app), the voice recordings and text you create as reminders, contact names/numbers you choose to schedule reminders for, and basic account metadata (subscription status, timestamps).

How we use it

To deliver the reminders, notifications, and broadcast messages you create; to match phone numbers against your device contacts so you can address reminders by name; to verify and maintain your Premium subscription status, whether purchased through Google Play or Stripe web checkout; and to back up your data if you're on Premium.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't read your voice recordings for advertising purposes. We don't share your phone number or contacts with anyone outside the operation of the app itself.

Third parties

We use Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, cloud functions, push notifications) and, for web purchases, Stripe ( payment processing). Google Play handles purchases made from the Android app. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can delete your account and associated data from within the app. Contact us at the address below with any privacy questions or deletion requests.
